"I ordered a bar and some plates because..."
I ordered a bar and some plates because the shipping estimate said it would only take a few days, but the delivery date just kept getting pushed back. The tracking barely updated, and when I contacted support, the answers were vague and didn’t really help. I expected better, and at this point I feel like some kind of compensation would be fair for the hassle. I wouldn’t recommend ordering if you need your equipment by a certain date.

"Assembly took more effort than I expected"
The instructions were confusing at first , and I definitely had to stop and figure things out a few times . I did get it put together in the end , but it took longer than I thought it would

"Felt a little awkward about the price"
The quality was fine, but I felt kind of embarrassed after realizing how much I paid for what I got. It just seemed a bit too pricey for something that was only okay.

"Warranty help was kind of a hassle"
I had to return a bench and the whole process just dragged on. The warranty emails took days to get a response, and they kept asking me for the same information over and over. That part was weird, honestly. It did get sorted out in the end, but it felt like way more hassle than it should’ve been...

"Everything showed up "just right""
I got exactly what I ordered and there weren’t any missing pieces, which was great. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but everything arrived in good shape, so I’m "happy with it" overall.

"Box arrived beat up"
My order showed up with the box ripped open and a few parts sticking out, so it definitely looked like it had been knocked around during shipping. The item itself seems okay so far, which I’m glad about, but the packaging was in rough shape. Not really what I expected after paying for shipping.

I’ve been using these for a few months now and they’re still holding up well. I was kind of expecting to notice some issue by now, but i don’t really have any complaints.

"ordering was fine but a little clunky"
i ordered a bar and a few plates. the site worked okay, but checkout felt a bit slow and i had to type in my shipping info again once. the confirmation email came through without any issue though. overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just feels like it could be a little smoother.
